Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointment changes and cancellations are required with 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations, changes, or failure to cancel may result in a future deposit requirement. Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Facetté’s discretion, in accordance with our policies.

Children and Safety 

Your child’s safety and each guest’s experience (including yours) is important to us at Facetté. For this reason, children, 12 and under, are not allowed in the spa or salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service. This includes young children in strollers/carriers or held in the lap. Unfortunately, unattended children may not wait in the waiting area or lobby, as we do not provide supervision, have limited space, and must maintain certain safety precautions.. If you arrive with a child, we will work to reschedule your appointment for another day when childcare arrangements are able to be made.

Guests

We kindly request that only guests receiving services be present in the service area. Each guest must have their own appointment for everyone’s safety, comfort, and experience. We do not have the space to accommodate extra guests during appointments. However, adults providing transportation or care can wait in our designated lobby area.

If you and a friend want to come at the same time please let us know so we can work to accommodate and allow service or consultation time for each of you. Bridal Parties or groups please call for booking options. We look forward to serving you!

Pet Policy

For the safety and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that non-service pets are left at home in adherence to our spa and salon health regulations. Exceptions include service animals and service animals in training. If your animal falls under these categories, please ensure they are wearing the appropriate attire that indicates their status as a service or training animal.

Product Returns

All sales of makeup, brushes, and skin tools are final. No returns. No exchanges. All other products can be exchanged or returned for product credit within 14 days if they are 75% full.

Cell Phones and Computers

We understand your time is valuable, and when you are here for a long appointment or numbing time, you may need to work or shop online (don’t worry, we won’t tell). Out of respect for all our guests and service providers, please turn your phone to silent, vibrate, or off.

Please utilize earbuds if you will be needing to use your phone or computer for listening purposes. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking or making calls (unless it’s an emergency) in the spa or salon, as we want to honor all of our guests’ experiences while at Facette.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call and schedule a consultation, and we’d be happy to discuss our policies. Facetté accepts all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. A deposit may be requested for certain services. Payment in full is required at the time of service.
